Terms and Conditions for [Ableway]

Welcome to Ableway These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use
of our app, services, and website (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using Ableway, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of
   majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
2. About the Service
   Ableway allows users to browse, rate, and review venues (e.g., restaurants, cafes, bars, and
   other establishments). We may also provide recommendations, curated lists, and other related
   features to enhance your experience.

   must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and keep
   your account credentials confidential.
   3.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify

   4.1 Ownership of Content: You retain ownership of any text, photos, ratings, or reviews
   (“User Content”) you submit to the Services. By posting User Content, you grant Ableway a
   non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your
   content for the purposes of operating and improving the Services.
   4.2 Content Guidelines: You agree that your User Content:
    Must be truthful, accurate, and relevant.
    Must not be defamatory, offensive, or violate any laws or third-party rights.
    Must not contain spam, advertisements, or promotional material.
   4.3 Content Moderation: Ableway reserves the right to remove or modify any User Content
   that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

   When using the Services, you agree not to:

    Engage in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour.
    Attempt to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the functionality of the Services.

   6.1 Ableway Content: All intellectual property, including logos, designs, and software, is
   owned by Ableway or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content
   without prior written consent.
   6.2 Third-Party Content: The Services may include content or links to third-party websites.
   We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express
   or implied. Ableway disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability,
   fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy or
   reliability of any content, including User Content.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ableway and its affiliates shall not be liable for
   any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of
   the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the
   Services, if any.
9. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ableway its affiliates, and their employees from
   any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content,
   or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice,
    for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using
    the Services and delete any copies of the app.

    emails for account-related purposes, including but not limited to password resets, transaction
    confirmations, and updates to our policies.
    11.2 Marketing Emails: You may also receive promotional or marketing emails from
    Ableway .You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the
    “unsubscribe” link in the email or updating your preferences in your account settings.
    11.3 Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the email address associated with
    your account is accurate and up-to-date. Ableway is not liable for any issues arising from
    non-receipt of critical emails due to outdated or incorrect email addresses.
12. Google Maps Data
    12.1 Use of Google Maps: The Services may incorporate data and features provided by
    Google Maps. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google
    Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
    12.2 Accuracy of Information: Ableway does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or
    reliability of information sourced from Google Maps. You acknowledge that any reliance on
    such information is at your own risk.

    by posting the updated Terms in the app or through other communication methods. Your
    continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the
